1. Requested
The buyer sets measurable requirements and identifies unresolved choices.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
Turn a search term into a measurable request before possible factories quote. Our independent role is to align inputs, coordinate questions and make supplier differences visible; stock, MOQ, sample timing and delivery remain supplier-confirmed.
Send your product briefRecord crew, ankle, no-show or other silhouette; intended sport; requested fiber composition; yarn and knit construction; cushioning, compression or ventilation zones; size system; colorways; logo method; pair packaging and total quantity by size. Mark alternatives separately so a substituted specification is not mistaken for the requested one.
Ask each supplier to identify the exact proposed configuration, MOQ by color or size, tooling or knitting setup, sample charge, unit basis and exclusions. The service coordinates possible matches but does not claim a factory has been audited or approved unless separate evidence supports that statement.
Normalize currency, number of pairs, individual pack, carton ratio, artwork charges, sample costs and freight scope. A quotation per dozen is not directly comparable with one per pair until quantities and included packaging are converted to the same basis.
Review finished measurements, stretch recovery, cuff pressure expectations, seam placement, cushioning zones, logo alignment and packaging against written criteria. Appearance does not establish moisture management, abrasion resistance or wash behavior; those claims require an agreed method and exact-item evidence.
Link the selected quotation, approved sample identity, artwork revision and pack instructions. Reopen the affected review when the supplier changes composition, yarn, knit structure, size allocation, decoration or carton configuration.

The supplier describes the proposed sock and commercial assumptions.
A sample or document is checked against the correct item and revision.
The buyer accepts the defined scope in a separate transaction record.
General certificates, marketing terms and product-family reports remain reference material until their scope matches the exact quoted item. This service does not replace testing, legal or regulatory review.
